Job Description
- Lead teams to use Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Reinforcement Learning, statistical techniques to create scalable solutions for business problems. Competency building and mentoring resources.
- Establish scalable, efficient, automated processes for large scale data analyses, model development, model validation and model implementation.
- Knowledge of Natural Language processing (NLP) in Java/Python
Leading the team to own algorithms based on Classification, Regression (Linear, Logistic), Affinity / Association Rule Mining, Segmentation/Clustering, Spam/Anomaly Detection techniques. - Feature Scaling, Feature Engineering, PCA/Dimensionality Reduction and Model Regularizations.
- Adapts existing methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to moderately complex problems.
- Understands the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals.
- Uses considerable judgment to determine solution and mentors team by guidance on complex problems.
- Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor. May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within organization.
- Determines methods and procedures on new assignments with guidance.
- Manages small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within organization.
